Individual and team development have been amongst the most important things throughout Peter’s career. His mission as a coach is to support his customers to learn new skills.
Peter has worked as a trainer, coach, and supervisor since 2007. He has also worked as a manager in an expert organisations and trained himself in evaluation methods and quality management. Peter loves to find new ways to make work life and leadership better. That’s why he trains both coaches and supervisors to gain new skills.
In team and organizational development, Peter uses a systemic and psychodynamic approach. With these theories and methods, it’s possible to gain deep understanding about the complexity of organizations and to support permanent positive changes. One of the core motivating factors for Peter is to see the positive changes in his customers.
For over 20 years, Peter has gained experience working with individual and organizational well-being. This has given him a unique perspective to understand the laws of professional development. Peter has also gained a great deal of insight about group and organizational dynamics. He particularly enjoys when he gets to learn something new, and when he is able to influence others learning processes positively. Peter wants to be involved in developing better work life and life management. That’s why Peter is planning to write a common-sense book about the systemic approach and how to use that in working with individuals and organizations.
Peter has been a member of the board of Finnish Coaching Federation since 2016. From 2018 I’ve worked as a chairman of the board of the ethical committee (Finnish Coaching Federation, ICF Finland & EMCC Finland).
