Coaching is extremely exciting. It is rewarding to be present for another person, listen to them and support them even in difficult situations.
Victoria is a Systemic Business Coach® and she holds the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. Victoria does the marketing at BoMentis.
Attending the coaching training has gravely influenced the way that I communicate. I am addicted to the power of coaching and its vast opportunities. The human element in business coaching and the idea that I am capable of helping the coachee to think and develop their own behavior excites me.
Victoria is a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations (Fudan University, China & Hawaii Pacific University, USA). Currently, she is conducting her Master’s studies in International Political Economy at the University of Helsinki.
Her working languages are Finnish, English and Chinese.
