Payment terms and cancellation policy
After registration, you will receive a confirmation email and an advance invoice (registration fee) in the form of your choice. By paying the advance, you confirm your participation in the training.
The advance invoice is 30% of the total price of the training. The final invoice of 70% will be invoiced after the first day of training.
The invoice can also be divided into instalments if necessary. If you want a different billing method, please mention it in the ‘Billing Information’ field of the registration form or contact email@example.com
Note! By participating in our coach training, you are welcome to participate in our alumni activities that promote lifelong learning. All trainings are held online or at BoMentis, Coaching House’s own premises, Linnoitustie 4 A, Violin House, 02600 Espoo.
If you wish to cancel your registration, we adhere to the following cancellation policy:
- If cancellation is done less than 3 weeks before the first module, the registration fee is non-refundable
- If cancellation is done 3-5 weeks before the first module, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded
- If cancellation is done more than 5 weeks before the start of the first module, the registration fee will be refunded 100%
