In successful organization everyone shares the same understanding of the business purpose. In such organization leaders find their main responsibility as encouraging, giving space and ensuring that everyone can see and utilize their full potential. Successful leaders simultaneously lead with power and emotions.

Hannele is an experienced business leader and coach, whose driving passion is to help people and organizations grow. Many years in business in a variety of positions, learning from the necessary mistakes along the way, she has learned in praxis the importance of coaching-based leadership. Her experience as a leader in different sizes of teams and units, in Finland and internationally, as well as a member in various of management teams has given her a solid understanding of business, team dynamics and how different organizations work.

As an Executive Coach she is capable to challenge from different perspectives, goal-oriented and encouraging. She inspires and does her utmost to help participants find their full potential.

Hannele is a Master of Science in Business and Economics and will finalize her doctoral thesis by the end of the year. Her research concentrates on how firms navigate through uncertainty with the special focus on management and customers’ role. She is an ICF certified coach (ACC), a Systemic Team Coach© and certified CLP® and SLP© assessment tool facilitator.

Hannele’s working languages are finnish and english.
