My passion is understanding people's behavior and how to influence it. I believe that coaching is the success secret of the future workplace, because empowering others leads to growth.

Anna is convinced that coaching is the key to success in work life today and in the future. Only by empowering others we can develop ourselves further and learn more.

Anna has work experience from several international companies. Her tasks have included e.g. planning and executing work improvement project, implementing new ERPs, training and coordinating work tasks. Therefore, Anna is very interested in change management, work life transformation and how can we respond to the challenges of future work. She believes that coaching-based leadership mentality is the answer also to the challenges of future work.

Besides the coaching-based leadership mentality, Anna is a true believer in lifelong learning and continuous development. Development and learning are important to her, and after all, she has conducted three higher education degrees.

As social psychologist, Anna has two goals: firstly, her passion is to understand and effect people’s behavior. She is especially inspired by group dynamics and the functioning of variety of groups. Secondly, she wants to learn how to utilize her skills as social psychologist in real work-life situations.

Anna is a Master of Social Sciences, majoring in Social Psychology. Furthermore, she has a degree in international business (BBA) and in psychology (A.A). She is an ICF-certified coach (PCC), EMCC-accredited individual coach (European Individual Accreditation (EIA), Practitioner), and team coach (Individual Team Coaching Accreditation (ITCA), Practitioner), and a certified Narrative Big Five, DISC, Systemic Leadership Pulse© and Coaching Leadership Pulse® assessment tool facilitator. Her working languages are Finnish and English.
