Professor David Clutterbuck inspired his audience in Helsinki last October. He challenged the self-evident practices and made us rethink cooperation and leadership development. Professor Clutterbuck will now return to reveal the true challenges of culture change, how to retain it and the role and responsibilities of HR in that change.

There will be two seminars: 9 April, 2014 in Helsinki and 10 April, 2014 in Tampere, from 9:00 to 12:00 am each. Additionally David Clutterbuck will be holding an afternoon workshop session on 9 April, 2014 on specific issues of the participants on the topic. There will be an admission fee for both the seminar and the workshop. Look for more detailed information in January.
