David Clutterbuck

David is one of the most essential and highly recognized executive coaches and leadership trainers in Europe. He is the founder of EMCC or European Mentor and Coaching Council and a prominent vanguard of the field. He is known as a passionate developer and thinker, and he has been acknowledged as one of UK’s most influential HR-thinkers in 2012.

David asks difficult questions and creates influential learning processes, where beliefs are being questioned and thinking broadened to another level. He has written more than 50 books on coaching, mentoring and leadership. He is also a visiting professor at several universities including Sheffield and Oxford.
