Alumnitapaaminen: 23.1.2020 Coaching Teams of Teams

As organisations become increasingly reliant on teams and teamwork, the question arises: “How do we get the best out of teams of teams?”. Just as it is possible (and common) to have teams composed of high performing teams that do not deliver collective high performance, so the efforts of high performing teams may not deliver the best result for the organisation. For coaches and leaders, the transition from one-to-one coaching to team coaching is difficult enough, but the transition to coaching co-dependent groups of teams is even more challenging.

In this presentation and interactive exploration, David Clutterbuck will explore some of the latest thinking about organisational agility at the level of teams of teams and how leaders and coaches can engage with this exciting new area of expertise.
